Dining room, Occasional group and bedroom, especially specialized in chair making. We can make 7500 pcs chairs per month (including any different constructions such as set-up, RTA, finished K.D, whitebody K.D, and upholstery ability in fabric, leather, from dining chair to sofa). Products ratio : Chair—50%, Table—15%, Case goods—30%, Bed---5%.Our style is between middle—end and high end, approaching high end. Hand-made carving is one of our special ability. We have almost 200 practiced carvers. Additionally, we can make many combination of wood and metal, cane, marble resin , and so on. Moreover, we have ability in hand-painting and gold leaf gilding.Current capacity: 75 containers per month.Planned capacity in 2006: 100 containers per month.

| We have over 10 blue print makers, some by hand and most of them by computer. And we have over 20 sample makers. We can also do the construction analysis very well. |

| Our production are mainly for US market. Parts of our products are sold for hotel use. However we didn' t take hotel project directly, but through customer and they offer us the designs. |

| (1) We will modify the blueprint to meet the customer' s target price |
| if our prices are not accepted. |
| (2) We' ll make samples as per the customer' s request once our |
| quotation is accepted. |
| (3) We would like to take the orders and arrange production |
| and shipping schedule if the customer satisfy the samples we |
| make and approve our prices. |

| (1) We have the ability to develop and design products but most of our items are our customers' designs that we keep them as 100% |
| exclusive for our customers. So we have no catalogs. |
| (2) But if our customer has special request, we would like to develop items for them. And we will still keep the designs exclusive for this |
| customer. |
| (3) We have only 5% items non-exclusive, we do not make catalog because of the less designs. |
